 Diamond Sponsor - $5,000
$5,500 after Nov. 30		 Diamond sponsors receive an exhibit booth, two registrations, sponsor recognition, and all add-on benefits. Diamond sponsors may also choose one premium add-on benefit.

Exhibitor Benefits:

  • One (1) 6’ exhibit table, 2 chairs, wastebasket plus access to the meeting Wi-Fi Sunday through Wednesday.

  • One (1) complimentary registration to access all open sessions during March 17–19 ($725 for each additional registration).

  • Designated presence at the SACME Welcome Reception on Monday, March 17, 2025.

  • Recognition on SACME PowerPoint presentations during some breaks

  • Company logo with hyperlink on the SACME event website

Name and logo on the official conference bag ordered by SACME, artwork is due January 31, 2025.

Conference Lanyards – $1,500 (limit 1 sponsor)
Name and logo printed on badge lanyards, artwork is due January 31, 2025.

Refreshments Break – $1,500 each
Recognition on signage at beverage station

Conference Email Blast – $800
Banner ad with name and logo featured in an email promoting the conference to over 6,000 potential attendees.

Sponsored Wellness Session – $500 each
Recognition on signage at session (e.g., yoga, meditation, dance)
