This interactive workshop will demonstrate how to transform existing MOC accredited activities into self-assessment programs (SAPs) efficiently. Using real-time demonstration of self-assessment programs, learners will reflect on how to use SAPs to promote higher level learning outcomes and accreditation for their CPD. Pre/post tests will gather data which will be used during the workshop. Breakout rooms will be used to create a simulated environment, to promote social and collaborative learning, and to identify strengths and reflect on areas for improvement in a supportive atmosphere.
