Who belongS to sacme?

Membership is open to individuals from:

  • Medical schools or faculties of medicine, accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) or by the American Osteopathic Association

  • Those at academic medical centers

  • Medical specialty societies

  • Teaching hospitals

  • Schools of public health

  • Schools of education

  • Government agencies 

  • Other organizations whose research and any other educational objectives and activities are consistent with the mission of the Society

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Deans of Continuing Medical Education/CPD

  • Directors of CME/CPD

  • Program managers

  • CME/CPD Coordinators

  • Education researchers

SACME is enjoying its highest membership ever!
