The pandemic necessitated a rapid change to online delivery, forever changing the possibilities of continuing professional development (CPD). This is the second webinar presented by the newly formed SACME Technology-Enhanced CPD Committee and will build on the first webinar (Harnessing Educational Technology to Improve CPD--Now and into the Future) and the discussion board (https://sacme2022.org/). This workshop will consider models such as the PICRAT and how we can move from passive/replaced learning to more interactive or creative transformative learning harnessing technology to provide better education.
