SACME Phil R. Manning Research Award: The Society for Continuing Medical Education (SACME) is announcing the call for proposals for the Phil R. Manning Research Award in Continuing Professional Development. Funding up to $50,000 (USD) is available over two years for projects that support scientific research for the advancement of any of the following fields: Continuing Medical Education, Continuing Professional Development, Interprofessional Education, Faculty Development, Patient Safety, Knowledge Translation, and/or Quality Improvement. There is a two-step application process. Letters of intent are due December 12, 2022. After an initial review process, selected applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal due April 17, 2023. SACME Paul Mazmanian Early Career Research Grant: Coming Soon! - The Scholarship Committee of the Society for Academic Continuing Medical Education (SACME) is pleased to announce a new grant opportunity in memory of Paul Mazmanian. The SACME Board of Directors is finalizing the criteria of the grant, but expect to make the announcement in 2022.
